Website creation
We will create a microsite especially for your development, providing there are potential fees of a minimum of £25,000 for Saint. With its own URL and direct email addresses, this will be the one stop shop for any buyer to learn all they could want to know about your creation. This will be linked to our website and the portals we list the scheme onto. This is so the scheme will receive optimum exposure from the SEO's we currently run within our business.
Design & Marketing
Our design team will create a brand for your site that becomes the starting point for the marketing campaign and ensuring your site looks at its best for potential buyers. This service can include but is not subject to: a site logo, brand colours, marketing material and online/offline cohesion.
Listing Distribution
We push out to, (around 40 plus websites) to capture a very wide and active audience. The majority of enquires will come via the huge and prolific portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla.
If we feel it is necessary, we will run an advertisement campaign on Facebook, to build up more attention with outbound marketing to get the units sold.
Onsite Sales
For sites of 30 units or more it would be prudent to have small sales office and onsite staff to assist buyers. We will be managing the sales from an onsite sales office preferably a show home.
Our sales team provides the comfort for developers to expand, without the staffing logistics and associated complications that larger developers have with an inhouse sales team. Let us lighten the load and ensure our skilled sales team drive the best results on site.
In addition to providing successful planning consent for our clients we also provide additional service to for those who wish to develop projects and subcounty sell via an estate agent.
