Programmes describe the sequence in which tasks must be carried out so that a project (or part of a project) can be completed on time. Our programmes are able to provide some of the following key processes as part of our services:

Building Information Management (BIM)
4D / 5D Modelling
All subsequent design stages are created within a live 3D model environment, empowering clients to explore their new buildings and surrounding environment at a very early stage. The BIM model allows Contractors on site, to visualise exact details and understand the building in much greater detail than previously possible and therefore minimises risk and associated on site costly errors. The modelling software allows any clashes with interfaces to be resolved well ahead of works being scheduled which will eliminate any abortive works including costs within the planned schedule.
Our software capabilities now allow progress monitoring to be captured through 4D models which are easily accessed on site & can be synchronized from any location, providing an accurate recording of progress status. The BIM 4D modelling also allows comparisons against original planned and re-scheduled baseline programmes which can amended sequences or showing a time delay to a scheme for various audiences. The 4D time slices are easily exported into a playable video file which allows anybody to play remotely from their computer.
The federated 4D models can easily updated during the works and quickly re-integrated into existing project programmes, making it less time consuming to re-applying a new baseline onto a programme each time.
